 TWPG-1
The TWPG-1 is designed
to convert small weld heads into a dual electrode parallel gap welder.
Each electrode is controlled by independent springs to provide equal
and consistent pressure at the weld point.
Features include an electrode gap from 0.001" to 0.062"
using an adjustable knob, which are constructed to TWEEZER-WELD
specifications to ensure trouble free operation.
The TWPG-1/TWA-5 assembly mounted to optional adjustable
vertical stand.
The parallel gap welding attachment is mounted on a standard Tweezer-Weld
TWA-5 weld head creating a dual electrode parallel gap welder.
Standard Tweezer-Weld heads can be easily re-tooled to perform
any stand alone application or designed into a semi-automatic or
fully automatic welding system. Off the shelf replacement parts
make re-tooling easy and reduce down time. |
