TW5D Bench Welders Tweezer Weld The TW-5D design incorporates dual, straight line motion weld heads. This dual head welder provides consistent welds by utilizing low inertia slides which are individually suspended on cantilever springs. These provide pressure for low interface resistance and fast follow-up. The TW-5D comes equipped with a solenoid, pressure gauge, regulator, and electric foot switch for precise pneumatic actuation.

Independent Precision Slides insure consistent parallel welding accuracy. This design is specifically suited for Battery Tabbing applications.
